About Van|Grace

Steve Morris is the President of Van Grace Associates, an executive recruiting firm located in Natick, Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1962 and specializes in the process industries that include adhesives, biotechnology, chemical, coated fabrics, coating, converting, instrumentation, medical device, non-woven, pharmaceutical, plastics, polymer and textile industries placing chemists, engineers, operations and sales and marketing professionals at all levels. Steve spent three years in industry and a two year tour with the Marine Corps prior to joining the firm and has over 20 years recruiting experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and attended Clark University’s MBA program.

Steve has served on a variety of business, social and community boards and committees. He is currently President of MPPC, a state association of professional placement firms in Massachusetts. He recently served on the board and is a member of NPA Worldwide (NPA) which is the largest international exchange network in the world. He is a former board member and current member of The Association of Employment Professionals (AOEP). He is a member of National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), The American Chemical Society (ACS) and The New England Coatings Association (NESCT). Steve has been a guest speaker at a variety of seminars and programs geared to employment, and served on panels regarding employment for all of the Associations listed above as well industry run programs and Outplacement organizations.
