Who We Are

Van Grace Associates Inc. has been in business since 1962 and specializes in the Adhesive, Biotechnology, Chemical, Coating, Converting, Instrumentation, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Plastic, Polymer, Rubber and Textile industries. We work on retained and contingency assignments at the Individual Contributor, Managerial and Director levels. We work in the following functional areas:

Positions in Engineering include: Applications, Technical Service, Process, Manufacturing, Project, Process Control, Design/Development, Plant, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality Control, Environmental, Safety and Test, as well as Engineering Management.

Positions for Chemists include: Development, Process, Quality Control, Manufacturing Support, Formulation, Compounding, Research, Technical Service, Environmental, Safety, Hygiene and Analytical, as well as Technical Management.

Positions in Manufacturing include: Quality Managers, Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Materials Managers, General Managers, and Executive positions.

Positions for Sales and Marketing include: Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Industrial or Trade Sales, Business Development, General Managers and Executive Positions

We are members of National Personnel Associates (NPA) an International Interchange Organization, which exchanges candidates and postings. In addition, we are members of Massachusetts Professional Placement Consultants (MPPC) which is a statewide association of professional recruiting firms. We also belong to a number of trade associations and technical societies including:  American Chemical Society, Society of Plastics Engineers, New England Coatings Association, Boston, Connecticut and Rhode Island Rubber Groups amongst others.
