Stephen J. Morris

Stephen Morris is President of Van/Grace Associates, an executive recruiting firm located in Massachusetts.  He joined the firm after spending four years in Industry and two years in the Marine Corps.  He has a B.S. in Liberal Arts and has served on a variety of social and community boards and committees.  He is the President of MPPC, a state association of Professional Placement firms and is a Board member of NPA Inc and International Association of Recruiting Firms. He is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, the American Chemical Society, the New England Coatings Association, and the Boston, Connecticut, and Rhode Island Rubber Groups.  He has been a guest speaker at a variety of seminars and programs geared to employment.

dTom Morris

Tom Morris is in charge of Research for Van/Grace managing the MorQuest Division.  His focus is on research creation and business development. Tom knows corporate research, with a Business and Communications degree from the University of New Hampshire and prior work experience developing products and markets in the G1000/F500 arena,.  At IDC (International Data Corporation), Tom’s work involved developing products and business opportunities for consultative services and supporting efforts for existing research programs. He also has outdoor recreational management experience as a trainer and facilitator.

 Matthew McKinley

Matt graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992 with a degree in marketing.  He worked in a variety of small and medium-sized firms until 2000.  Matt then worked as a consultant in the field of human resource management prior to joining Van/Grace Associates in the summer of 2005.  Matt is currently focused on developing a global approach to scientific opportunities domestically and thru out the world.
