VAN GRACE ASSOCIATES, INC. is a professional recruiting firm specializing in the adhesives, biotechnology, chemical, coated fabrics, coating, composites, converting, instrumentation, medical device, nanotechnology, non-woven, pharmaceutical, plastics, polymer, rubber and textile industries. Founded in 1962, we work on retained and contingency assignments at the Individual Contributor, Managerial and Director levels for small and mid sized firms, start ups and major manufacturers.

Services Van|Grace Associates provides three specific services: Retained Search, Contingency Search, and Research. Positions in the following functional areas include:

Engineering:

applications, automation, design, development, environmental, EH&S, facility, lean, maintenance, manufacturing, process, process control, project, plant, quality control QC, quality assurance QA, safety, six sigma, technical service and value stream at the Individual Contributor, Managerial and Director levels.

Chemistry:

applications, analytical, formulations, process, manufacturing, quality control QC, quality assurance QA, regulatory, research and development R&D, technical service and validation at the Individual Contributor, Managerial and Director levels.

Manufacturing:

plant manager, operations manager, value stream manager, business unit manager, supply chain, and director of manufacturing or general management.

Sales and Marketing:

product manager, key account sales, business development manager, director and or VP of sales and marketing.

Memberships

We are members of a variety of technical societies and trade associations, including:
American Chemical Society (ACS), Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and The New
England Coating Association (NESCT). We also belong to NPA Worldwide (NPA), the
largest international exchange network in the world, National Association of Personnel
Services (NAPS) a national trade association Massachusetts Professional Placement
Consultants (MPPC), a statewide trade organization, and the Association of Employment
Professionals (AOEP) open to all Employment Professionals. These groups provide
additional sources of information and access to data not available to the general public.
